We start with your inquiry form, then schedule a quick call to refine your vibe, budget, and must‑play courses. From there, we build and refine a custom itinerary until it’s dialed in.
Do you only plan golf trips, or ski trips too?
We specialize in both golf and ski getaways. Tell us where you want to go (or your short list), and we’ll recommend destinations that fit your crew and budget.
What’s the typical budget per person for a trip?
Budgets vary by destination, season, and vibe. Most groups fall into a range of $400 - $800 per person for a long weekend, including lodging and golf. Share your budget per buddy and we’ll design around it. Of course your getaway price will vary based upon locations, course type and any extras. But we will make it Legendary!
Can you help with extras like dinner reservations, merch or gift bags or bachelor party ideas?
Yes. We can arrange dinner reservations, custom merchandise, bachelor‑party style activities, and even tournament scoring so you can just show up and play.
How far in advance should we start planning the getaways?
For the best tee times and lodging options, we recommend reaching out at least 60-120 days in advance, especially for peak seasons and bucket-list destinations.
Does it cost more per person if the package is more expensive?
No, our concierge planning is transparent by nature and remains $49 per person no matter if your budget is $300 or $3000.
